She previously held pivotal roles as Senior Associate, Campus Recruiting for Ernst & Young (EY) in Miami, Florida, where she honed her talents in talent acquisition and development. Additionally, Lana served as the Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions for the prestigious Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, further enriching her skill set in admissions processes and enrollment strategies.
